At Hairvivi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury wig. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy for items in their original, unaltered condition with the lace uncut.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the wig is in its original state, with the lace uncut, hair unwashed, and all original packaging and gifts included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Securely pack your item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
